How do I book?
Choose your location, service, provider, and available time in Vagaro online booking. For help changing an appointment, call your location.
What if I need to cancel or I’m running late?
Please give 24 hours’ notice when you need to cancel or reschedule. Call or text your location as early as possible. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require a shorter service or rescheduling.
What payment methods can I use?
Cash, major credit and debit cards, and Premier Wax Center gift cards are accepted. A 3% processing fee applies to credit-card payments. Debit and cash payments have no processing fee. Ask your location about financing or voucher eligibility before your visit.
What is the refund policy?
Completed services are non-refundable. Contact us within 48 hours if you have a concern. Unused, unopened products may be exchanged within seven days with a valid receipt. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Do packages expire?
No. Packages apply to the exact service purchased. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Compare package savings.
Are deposits required when booking online?
Our current online booking settings do not require a deposit. If a special booking requires prepayment, your location will explain it before you commit.
Is gratuity automatically added?
An 18% gratuity is applied to service totals over $100. Any additional tip is optional.
Do you offer monthly memberships?
Yes. Four monthly plans are currently active. Memberships auto-renew, have a $20 sign-up fee and a three-month minimum commitment, and do not roll over or transfer. Compare memberships.

How much is a Brazilian wax?
A Brazilian wax is $50. Brazilian + Hydrojelly Mask and Brazilian + High Frequency are $60 each. See the full waxing menu for other options.
Should I book a lash full set or a fill?
Choose a full set for new lash extensions. Choose a matching classic, hybrid, or volume fill to maintain existing extensions. Contact your location if you are coming from another lash provider or are unsure about eligibility.
What if I use retinoids or have sensitive skin?
Tell your provider about medications, skincare products, recent treatments, or irritated skin before service. Your provider will review suitability and may recommend postponing treatment. For medical questions, speak with your healthcare professional.
How do I care for my skin afterward?

Dermaplaning is a professional exfoliation service. Your provider reviews your skin, medications, and recent treatments to decide whether it is suitable for you.
Do you offer facial treatments for acne?
Yes. Our estheticians provide customized facial treatments for acne-prone skin.
Do you offer waxing packages?
Yes. Six, nine, and twelve sessions of an eligible single service save 10%, 15%, and 20%. Ask your location about availability and review the package terms before purchase.
How do waxing packages work?
