Payment & Fees

  • A 3% processing fee is automatically applied to all credit and debit card transactions.

Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits Required: Any service scheduled for 1 hour or longer requires a deposit at the time of booking.
  • Non-Refundable: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • Forfeiture: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or fail to show up ("no-show"), your deposit will be forfeited immediately.

Gratuity Policy

An 18% gratuity is automatically applied to all tickets totaling over $100.

Memberships

  • Memberships renew monthly automatically.
  • Minimum contract commitment applies.
  • Unused services do not rollover.
  • Memberships are non-transferable.

Packages

  • Packages apply to the same service only.
  • Packages are non-transferable.
  • Expiration dates may apply.
