Payment & Fees

- A 3% processing fee is automatically applied to all credit and debit card transactions.
Deposits & Cancellations

- Deposits Required: Any service scheduled for 1 hour or longer requires a deposit at the time of booking.
- Non-Refundable: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- Forfeiture: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or fail to show up ("no-show"), your deposit will be forfeited immediately.
Gratuity Policy
An 18% gratuity is automatically applied to all tickets totaling over $100.
Memberships
- Memberships renew monthly automatically.
- Minimum contract commitment applies.
- Unused services do not rollover.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
Packages
- Packages apply to the same service only.
- Packages are non-transferable.
- Expiration dates may apply.
