Premier Wax Center was created to provide professional waxing and skincare services in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Whether you are coming in for waxing, skincare, brows, or lashes, our goal is always to deliver great results and a positive experience.
Our Mission
Founded in 2015, Premier Wax Center was born out of frustration with the industry. You essentially had two choices: overpriced luxury spas or questionable discount salons.
We bridged that gap. We created a space where the waxing is fast, sanitary, and technical, but the environment is warm and welcoming.
Our mission is to offer a judgment-free zone where you can feel comfortable and confident, knowing you are getting the best service at a price that makes sense for your budget.
Appointment Policies
These policies help us manage our schedule fairly and respect the time of both our clients and our estheticians.
Confirmation Policy
To respect our estheticians' time and protect their ability to serve clients effectively, all appointments must be confirmed.
When you book an appointment, you will receive confirmation notifications by text and/or email (based on your communication preferences in our booking system). Our front desk team may also follow up by phone or text to confirm your visit.
If an appointment remains unconfirmed and another client is requesting that same time slot, we may need to adjust or release the unconfirmed appointment to accommodate confirmed bookings.
This policy allows us to maintain an efficient schedule, reduce gaps in service, and ensure fairness to both our clients and our service providers.
Cancellation & No-Shows
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
While we currently do not charge cancellation fees, repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in booking restrictions, including:
- Prepayment required for future appointments
- Limited advance booking availability
- Same-day booking only
These measures help us protect appointment availability and respect the time of our service providers and other clients.
Dispute Policy
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our policies.
If there is ever a concern about your service or payment, we ask that you contact management directly so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in permanent booking restrictions. Signed consent forms, appointment records, and service documentation are maintained as proof of services rendered.
Pricing Transparency
All service prices are listed before booking. Final totals may vary based on add-ons, upgrades, or applicable processing fees.
