Aftercare
Care beyond your appointment.
Follow the treatment-specific instructions given by your provider. These general reminders help you plan your routine afterward.
After waxing
Avoid hot baths and showers while your skin is sensitive. Wear loose clothing, avoid friction, and use a moisturizer that does not clog pores. Do not exfoliate irritated skin. Ask your provider when to restart exfoliation and active products.
After facials, dermaplaning, or peels
Use the products and schedule your provider recommends. Avoid picking or pulling peeling skin. Ask about sun protection, makeup, and when to restart active skincare. Peeling treatments require their own instructions.
After lash and brow services
Follow the drying time, cleansing, and product instructions for your specific treatment. Ask your provider before using oil-based makeup removers or applying additional products.
If redness or swelling after waxing lasts more than two days, consult a board-certified dermatologist. American Academy of Dermatology waxing guidance.
